We believe both families and caregivers deserve flexibility and protection.
Family-Initiated Cancellations
If a family wishes to end a booking due to a concern regarding the caregiver or the quality of care provided:
- The caregiver may be asked to stop providing services immediately.
- Any eligible unused upfront payment will be automatically refunded.
- Refunds are calculated based on the remaining non-worked period.
- No lengthy approval process or agency intervention is required.
Caregiver-Initiated Cancellations
We encourage caregivers to provide advance notice whenever possible. If a caregiver wishes to end an ongoing booking:
- Our team will review the reason for termination.
- Urgent situations, safety concerns, health issues, and other valid circumstances are handled immediately.
- For non-urgent terminations without reasonable notice, a portion of the caregiver’s pending payment may be withheld.
- This policy helps encourage continuity of care and reduces disruption for families.
Transparent Resolution Process
Every cancellation request is reviewed and tracked through the platform. Families can:
